2025 Summer Model Train Show

The 2025 Summer Model Train Show is taking place from Tuesday, June 24th to Saturday, June 28th at the American Windmill Museum. The Lubbock Model Railroad Association (LMRA) will have a variety of model train layouts on display throughout the museum, including the AWM’s large permanent G-scale exhibit. The event will run each day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Admission is $5 per person, with kids 2 and under and AWM members getting in for free. On Saturday, train-themed raffle prizes will be drawn, with tickets available for $1 each, and all proceeds benefiting the LMRA. Whether you’re a model train enthusiast or just looking for a fun summer outing, this event is sure to be a great experience for all ages!
