SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to five business days for delivery of most in-stock items. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. You will be notified about any delay.
In-Store Pickup:
Customers who ordered items online and wish to pick them up in-store can do so. Simply choose in-store pickup as a shipping method during checkout. Once a customer has received notification that the items are ready, they can pick them up at the Museum during regular business hours.
The AWM Store does not offer curb-side pickup.
Shipping and Handling rates:
We offer UPS, USPS and FED Ex Shipping
Final shipping rate will be determined by weight.
UPS rate:
- 1 to 5 pound $12.95 to $16.77
- 6 to 10 pounds $17.70 to $21.35
USPS rate:
- 1 to 3 pounds $6.95
- 4 to 6 pounds $8.95
- 7 to 10 pounds $10.95
FEDEX rate:
- 1 to 2 pounds $18.95
- 3 to 5 pounds $24.95
Shipments that require express delivery and oversized items may require additional charges.
Canada & Mexico
Order Total: Shipping & Handling
All import taxes and duties will be paid by the customer upon arrival of shipment.
- $0.01 – $100.00: $30.00
- $100.01 – $200.00: $60.00
- $200.01 and up: $85.00
International Shipping
Order Total: Shipping & Handling
All import taxes and duties will be paid by the customer upon arrival of shipment.
- $0.01 – $65.00: $55.00
- $65.01 – $150.00: $85.00
- $150.01 – $400.00: $135.00
- $400.01 and up: $200.00
Most international shipments are handled by the United States Postal Service.
Shipments that require express delivery and oversized items may require additional charges.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your merchandise within sixty days for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Please note: the item returned must be in its original packaging and in salable condition. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the store immediately.

Sales Tax
Shipments within Texas include 8.25% tax computed after adding shipping and handling and express delivery charges (if applicable). Shipments outside of Texas are not taxed.
