Every effort is made to ship your order the next regular business day.  Our regular business days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method.

Shipping charges may vary from the amout shown on your invoice if the item is overly large or heavy.  You will receive a copy of the invoice with the exact charges with your order.

In the event a return is necessary you must call or email first to notify us of the return.  Damaged items will be replaced or refunded upon return. When an undamaged item is returned in it's origional packaging you will be credited the cost of the item less a 10% restocking fee on undamaged items.  No credit is applied for shipping and handling charges.
