25 wide’ x 70’ long, features seating for up to 40 people, lectern with microphone, projection screen and projector.  Perfect for a luncheon meeting or a full day seminar for a small group.  Rental starts at $300.00.

United Commons Patio

48’ wide x 142’ long, rental includes use of our tables and chairs (seating for 200) and use of the full service kitchen to prepare the food or use the caterer of your choice.  One wall is treated as a screen for presentations.  A lectern with microphone is available.  Bridal room and other amenities available.  Luncheon rental starts at $300.00 (40 people maximum), daytime rental, 10am to 5pm starts at $500.00 and evening rental, 5pm to 12 midnight, starts at $1000.00.
